This CompactPCI
board set is designed to drive a radar with test data. As well as
designing the hardware and developing the VHDL code for the FPGA,
CoValent produced a software library and sample applications to drive
the board.

This board is
designed, programmed and manufactured for the London Underground. It
features an ARM CPU, 8 RS232/RS485 opto-isolated serial ports, a modem
and a 10/100 MBPS ethernet interface. It is designed for connection to
building management systems, escalator controllers, fire panels, etc.,
to facilitate central control and planning of maintenance. The software
includes an embedded web server with web pages produced dynamically to
show current status of the equipment.

This system is a
specialised disk duplicator. Based on a standard PC platform in a high
quality server enclosure, it permits up to 10 IDE drives easily to be
inserted, individually powered up or down and switched in or out under
program control. It is designed for a national organisation that
requires a hard disk copying facility but with the complication that
each disk to be copied may need some individual treatment.
